We all want to have skin free of spots, but as time goes by, we realize that with the sun and stress, it is increasingly common to find small pigmentations along the face.
Apart from freckles and moles, there are some other spots caused by the sun, hormonal changes, or age that are not pleasant. Below we share some of the best-known home remedies and to reduce stains, although in these cases, it is always advisable to consult a dermatologist.
1. Yogurt and carrot
Apply natural yogurt on the spots and place some carrot slices on top. Leave them for a few minutes and rinse.
2. Coconut cream
Applying a little every night after cleaning the face helps the rapid regeneration of the face as the spots gradually dissipate.
3. Cucumber and parsley
Mix five tablespoons of liquid cucumber, five tablespoons of crushed parsley, five tablespoons of sesame oil or wheat germ in a glass jar, close it well and place it in a dark place for a few days. Apply it on the stains for 20 minutes and then wash it.
4. Apple cider vinegar
Apply with a cotton ball and leave on for 20 minutes. Then apply a layer of plain yogurt for another 20 minutes and rinse.
Mix the juice of a strawberry with two small tablespoons of natural yogurt, two drops of incense essential oil, and half a tablespoon of cosmetic mud. Leave for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Boil the yucca until it softens and purees, then apply on the face.
7. Aloe Vera
Mix a lemon, two tablespoons of milk and aloe vera pulp. Squeeze the lemon and mix it with the milk, apply it on the affected area, and after it dries, put the pulp of aloe vera and cover with gauze. Leave it for as long as possible and remove it with water.
Apply it every night before bedtime and wash your face when you wake up. It is one of the best-known remedies, but you must be very careful not to expose yourself to the sun because you would get dirtier.

10. Olive oil
Use a few drops to restore the luminosity to the skin.
Crush an onion and mix it with a little vinegar, apply directly to the stain, leave on for 15 minutes, and rinse. It is important not to expose yourself to the sun later.

Mix a tablespoon of tomato juice with a tablespoon of lemon juice, apply with cotton on the stains, and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse

Mix an egg yolk with plain yogurt and half a tablespoon of honey, spread it on the skin and leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
In half a liter of water boil three tablespoons of elderberry for 10 minutes. When cooling, strain, and apply on the spots twice a day.
